Sales Operation Manager

- Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meet or exceeds daily sales performance metrics
- Create and maintain world class sales culture.
- Work with sales head to motivate and drive performance of sales team
- Serve as main point of contact for sales team and address calls for most general business issues
- Drive strategy through discussions with sales team
- Effectively manage sales operations expense to ensure delivery of integral gross margin goals.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedure for effective and efficient team operations.
- Act as a liaison/partner between sales team and other internal customers.
- Identify the opportunities and weakness within territories and make proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (marketing ,professional services ,and product development ) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customer
- Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentation in timely manner.
Job location: Jodhpur Head Office (candidates who are ready to relocate).
Experience: Minimum 5 maximum 10 years.
Qualifications: MBA in Marketing/ Marketing and Finance.
